The National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO) unit at Sagnarigu Municipal Assembly supports the prevention, mitigation and management of disasters within the Municipality, in line with national disaster management policy.
The unit trains volunteers in fire prevention and emergency response, runs public disaster education campaigns, and monitors compliance with safety regulations for private and public properties to protect residents against disaster.
