Every business operating within Sagnarigu Municipality is required to obtain a Business Operating Permit, which authorises the business to legally operate within the Municipality.
To apply, businesses are generally asked to provide their Registrar-General’s business certificate or certificate of incorporation, the name and location (including GPS address) of the business, the name of the owner, and contact details.
New applicants typically receive a temporary permit valid for 90 days while the Assembly completes due diligence checks, after which a permanent permit is issued.
