persons<\/li>\n<li>Registration of NGOs operating within the Municipality<\/li>\n<li>Community-based rehabilitation and vocational training for persons with disabilities<\/li>\n<li>Income-generation support for rural women<\/li>\n<li>Poverty alleviation support through the LEAP programme<\/li>\n<li>Literacy and adult education classes<\/li>\n<li>Mobilisation of communal labour for community
